PFAC Meeting
PFAC's annual conference runs on a website designed to start over every year.
The Professional Fiduciary Association of California represents the state's licensed professional fiduciaries, the people who manage the estates, finances, and care of Californians who can no longer do it themselves. Aero built PFACmeeting.org as the dedicated home of the association's annual educational conference and returns each cycle to refresh, update, and support it as the event takes new shape.
New venue, new program, new sponsors, every year.
A conference website lives on a different rhythm from an association's main site. Every year the venue moves, the program is rebuilt from a fresh call for presentations, and a new roster of sponsors and exhibitors signs on, so most of the content carries a twelve-month shelf life. PFAC needed a site its staff could rework annually without a redesign, one that could scale with sponsor participation and hand registration off cleanly to the association's existing member system.
One site carries the conference from announcement to closing dinner.
The site is assembled from modular, reusable components, so PFAC's team can swap each edition's dates, venue, program, and sponsor roster without touching the underlying structure, with Aero handling updates and support around the annual cycle. In practice, the platform:
Opens registration
Sends attendees straight into the association's registration system, keeping sign-up in one authoritative place.
Publishes the program
Presents each year's session catalog and continuing-education details, from the call for presentations through the final schedule.
Showcases sponsors and exhibitors
Gives sponsors and exhibitors dedicated pages, application paths, and an interactive floor plan of the exhibit hall.
Orients attendees
Covers the venue, partner hotels, and know-before-you-go logistics so newcomers and veterans arrive prepared.
Sets the tone
Uses video, testimonials, and social-event previews to show what the conference feels like before anyone commits.
Ready for the next conference, and the one after.
Each edition of the conference asks something new of the site: a different city, a bigger exhibit hall, a program that isn't final until it is. The platform was designed for exactly that churn, and Aero stays on through every cycle to keep the site secure, current, and shaped around what the event is becoming. By the time PFAC starts planning the next conference, the website is already ready for it.
