We ask about the operation behind the site: membership, enrollment, publishing, the systems that have to stay in sync. Where things run smoothly, and where your team loses time.
3. After the call
You get a short written summary: what we heard, what we'd explore first, and what we'd leave alone. If we're not the right fit, we say so and point you toward something better.
