Levi Strauss & Co. Sales Operations
Levi Strauss & Co. has counted on Aero since 1998 for the working tools behind the brand.
Levi Strauss & Co.'s US and Canada Sales Operations team keeps hundreds of store managers and regional leaders supplied with the updates, documents, and tools they need to run retail across North America. Aero designed the parallel internal hubs that carry that work and, over the years, has also built the brand's seasonal event sites and showcases, including the site marking the 501's 150th anniversary.
Getting corporate updates to the field in two countries
Information for field teams lived in too many places. Announcements traveled by email chain, assets sat in aging folders, and every update to the old system routed through IT before it reached a store. On top of that, the US and Canadian markets don't run identically: language, promotions, and documentation differ enough that one generic site couldn't serve both. Sales Operations needed something it could run itself, at the polish the brand expects, without a ticket queue in the middle.
The daily hub for North American field teams
Two parallel sites, one per market, share a common foundation of modular content blocks and secure user access, and the Sales Operations team runs both day to day with Aero's support. In practice, the platform:
Publishes updates
Corporate announcements and program news go live the moment Sales Ops posts them, reaching store teams directly instead of through email chains.
Centralizes assets
Documents, media, and high-demand tools live in one organized place where field staff can find the current version quickly.
Serves two markets
The US and Canada sites carry each market's own language, promotions, and documentation while staying on the same foundation.
Controls access
Secure sign-in keeps internal materials limited to the right teams and holds the sites to corporate security standards.
Puts editing in-house
Sales Ops staff update pages, files, and announcements themselves, keeping IT out of the routine publishing loop.
The quiet work and the loud work
A partnership of 28 years ends up covering both ends of what a brand needs. On one end, the operational side: internal hubs that field teams open every morning, built to be edited in-house and to hold up under corporate security standards. On the other, the visible side: Next.js event sites for Levi's Spring and Fall seasons, motion-rich builds for the Signature and Denizen lines, work meant to be seen rather than merely used. Very different briefs, the same studio answering. That range is not something an agency can pitch its way into; it only comes from years of picking up the phone.
