Aero Design partnered with the Public Agency Risk Management Association (PARMA) to revamp its digital presence and improve how the organization serves members across California. As the state’s leading network for risk management professionals in the public sector, PARMA needed a modern, cohesive website that could support its events, memberships, and communications in one unified platform. Challenge
The old PARMA website was difficult to navigate and relied on outdated systems for managing members and events. Our approach
We redesigned the PARMA website from the ground up using WordPress and integrated flexible tools for membership management, event registration, and sponsor visibility. The new site was structured around user needs, making it easy to find resources, register for conferences, and renew memberships. We also streamlined the backend for staff, enabling simple content updates and automating key workflows to reduce administrative burden.
