Aero Design has been proud to support the Building Owners and Managers Association of San Francisco (BOMASF) with web design, development, and digital strategy since 1995. Over nearly three decades, we’ve built and maintained multiple generations of the BOMASF website, each tailored to meet the evolving needs of the organization’s members, staff, and leadership. Today, the site stands as a dynamic hub for news, advocacy, events, and membership engagement across the Bay Area’s commercial real estate community.
Challenge
As a leading voice for property professionals in one of the nation’s most competitive real estate markets, BOMASF needed a website that could handle a wide variety of content—legislative updates, committee communications, event registrations, member resources, and more. The site also had to be easy to manage by a small staff, mobile-friendly for on-the-go members, and capable of integrating with evolving third-party platforms like association management systems and email tools.
Our approach
Aero Design collaborated closely with the BOMASF team to understand their operational priorities and member workflows. We built a flexible, content-rich Drupal site with tailored features like categorized news feeds, an events calendar with third-party registration links, and a structured committee portal. We also provided training and ongoing support to ensure staff could manage the site confidently. As new needs arose over the years—such as ADA compliance, responsive design, or integration with new services—Aero adapted the platform to keep pace.
Results
The BOMASF website continues to serve as a vital communications and engagement tool for the association’s members and the wider commercial real estate industry. It supports daily updates, regular advocacy alerts, and seamless event promotion—all with a clean, professional interface that reflects the organization’s stature.
